Refreshing banana smoothie

Super easy and healthy banana smoothie, made with milk and a pinch of cinnamon, a refreshing nutritious drink for hot summer days
  • 1½ large ripe banana | or 2 medium (or frozen banana)
  • 1½ cup milk (skimmed | almond | coconut)
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 4-6 ice cubes (optional)
Let's get started!
  1. Place the banana in a blender, followed by milk and cinnamon.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes. Make sure all banana chunks are gone.
  3. Pour into two glasses, add the ice cubes and sprinkle the top with a pinch of cinnamon. Serve immediately.
