- half cup couscous (100 g)
- 100 g thinly sliced ham
- 1 zucchini
- 250 g champignon
- half a sweet pepper
- 100 g feta cheese
- 1 tablespoon butter
- lemon pepper
- ¼ teaspoon coriander
- Pour 1 l boiling hot water on the couscous, cover it and let it stand until you prepare the vegetables.
- In a deep pan start to melt the butter, when it's melted add the chopped ham and fry a bit. Wash the zucchini, slice it into little pieces and add to the ham. Wash the mushrooms, slice them too and throw it into the pan.
- Add the salt, lemon pepper, sprinkle with the coriander and leave them to simmer. Cook it until the juice evaporates.
